Welcome Baby Beckett!

Once again we have been so blessed and are so grateful. Beckett Lee Tharp joined the world yesterday at 4:45 p.m. He weighed 8 pounds 7 ounces and is 21 inches long. I went into labor Wednesday night and had a longer and harder labor than with big sister Natalie, but all is well now. He has a mess of blonde hair and blue eyes, which we hope stay blue! This little man stole our hearts right away. He has a wonderful peace about him and is very calm. We came home this afternoon, and Natalie already loves to kiss and hold him. We're going to rest up this weekend, but I'll write more later this week. Thanks to everyone for the calls and visits and good wishes.

Big sister Natalie finally understands she has a real baby brother and will get to take him home!

Hello, dear Tharp Family!

Oh, how wonderful! What gorgeous children! It looks like the parents are a bit joyful too!

You will need to bring Becket to Oregon soon to meet his Oregon Family and let Natalie get to know us better.

So happy for you all. Love to each of you. Happy growing!

I just realized that my comment of a week ago didn't show up. I bet I didn't pay attention and log in or something, who knows. Jess, you and Kyle are just naturals. I remember when Kyle was little how natural and good Jill was as a mother. I would have never thought of wanting to keep my children as babies; they just seemed like a lot of work at the time. You are so blessed and lucky. All of you take care. Denise and Family
